🔥Who’s up for an adventure? 🔥

✨Hawaii retreat May 10-17✨

Yoga is: self love…
And an infinity…
of potential.

I started practicing yoga asana 15 years ago as a way to relieve injuries I incurred from running 50+ miles each week.

(I practiced meditation and breath-work much earlier before starting asana because I was a curious kid, but you can ask me about that 😅)

While running so much, My knees, hips, and legs were under constant pressure.

Using intuitive movement and guidance of athletic trainers…

With dedication and patience, my injuries faded away.

Then Isaw my progress skyrocket.

I made it to finals in competitions and that was just the beginning.

Over the years my practice has always served me to help my physical body feel incredible…AND…

…It is also the practice I can rely on to make sure my mind, emotions, and energy are in check.

It’s what I use in those EXACT moments that feel like life might be stressful or even caving in on itself.

Remember: “Breathe. Step back. Observe.”

For those of you seeking guidance along your yoga process, let’s come together.

Just like the caring, compassionate, yet disciplined teachers have been there for me over the years…

I’m here for you 💕

Xoxo, Charlie

The past month of life has had so many learnings and blessings. I got to meet incredible people and family in Puerto Rico where we had soul connections stronger than I have had in a long time.

It was a deep remembering of who I am, what I am, who we are, and the power that we each have.

We each have so much power within us to create a reality around us that is beautiful, that is healing, that is empowering, and that is high vibe while allowing all that is present to be present.

One of the biggest things on my mind has been fear — how do I lean into what I may fear?

How can I learn from what I fear?

Are my fears guiding me down the path of where I am meant to travel?

Fear is not something we can banish in this physical realm, rather something we can build a relationship with, use as a marker, and notice how we may respond to fear.

People often say fear is the opposite of love but I think they can exist together — both as
forces to push us towards where we are meant to travel.

One is each a portion of a wheel on our traveling vessel.

Embracing each, will set us free. 🙏

This one contemplates, explores, is inspired by that which could be described as infinity;

where there is movement of awareness and attention from whole to the individual and the individual to the whole;
🪐
there is no separation

Grateful for .hilburn and for these beautiful insights at your Dharma retreat in Rincon, Puerto Rico 🙏
