You don’t need to explain why Mother’s Day weekend feels complicated for you to belong here. 🤍 The Other’s Day® Brunch was created for women without children, whether you are childless after infertility, living childfree, not yet a mom, or carrying a story that doesn’t fit neatly into the conversations happening this weekend.
What started in Chicago in 2022 with a small group of women has grown into a space where women travel from across the country to experience something many didn’t realize they were missing until they walked through the door:
Connection.
Relief.
Being understood without having to overexplain yourself.
This is not about sitting around talking only about infertility or grief. It’s about creating space for meaningful conversations, laughter, beautiful food, new friendships, and the reminder that your life still gets to feel full, connected, and important exactly as it is.
If you’ve been thinking about coming to The Other’s Day® Brunch in Chicago today, this is your sign. We would love to welcome you. ✨

Sometimes the hardest part about not having children is how invisible the experience can feel.
Especially during Mother’s Day weekend.
So many women quietly wonder where they fit.
Women who are childless after infertility.
Women whose lives unfolded differently than planned.
Women who thought they would have children someday and don’t.
Women who are tired of feeling like they have to explain, brace themselves, or pretend they’re completely fine.
That’s why I created The Other’s Day® in 2022.
Not as something against Mother’s Day.
But as something for women who deserve connection, acknowledgment, celebration, and community too.
I remember wondering if anyone would even come to that first brunch.
And now, women travel from across the country to be part of this weekend in Chicago. Some come with friends. Some come completely alone. And by the end of the weekend, no one feels like a stranger anymore.
Tonight we gather for yoga, guided meditation, and a sound bath.
Tomorrow we celebrate our 5th annual brunch.
What began as a small idea has become proof of something I’ve known all along:
You were never the only one trying to figure out how to move forward in a life that turned out differently than expected.
And you were never meant to navigate it alone. 💛

One of the most beautiful parts of building The Other’s Day® has been watching incredible brands and businesses step forward to support women without children in such thoughtful ways. 💜
Today I visited Vosges Chocolat in Chicago to pick up artisan chocolate gifts for this weekend’s celebrations, and the boutique is absolutely stunning.
From the decor to the packaging to the incredible craftsmanship behind every box, it truly feels like a luxury experience from the moment you walk in.
Founded in Chicago, Vosges has become one of the most celebrated luxury chocolate brands in the world, known for globally inspired flavors and beautifully curated chocolate collections.
I’m so grateful they are supporting The Other’s Day® weekend by gifting our VIP attendees velvet boxes filled with artisan chocolates and sending EVERY woman attending Saturday’s brunch home with a special chocolate gift as well.
If you’re in Chicago, I highly recommend visiting their boutique. You can also find Vosges at O’Hare International Airport. ✈️
Please support the businesses that support women, community, and meaningful experiences. ✨

There are so many reasons a woman might not have children. Every single one of them deserves to feel acknowledged…not invisible.
The Other’s Day® was created specifically for women without children.
Childfree by choice.
Childless by circumstance.
Navigating infertility.
Left fertility treatment without a baby.
Never had kids.
You are a complete woman.
And you deserve to be celebrated too. 🌸
In 2022 I looked around at every store, every brand, every banner — all for mothers — and asked: who is celebrating the other women?
So I created this.
Tomorrow ….Friday May 8 + Saturday May 9 in Chicago we’re celebrating YOU.
✨ Come for one day or both

For Every Childless and Childfree Woman Who Dreads Mother’s Day Weekend…
This Is Your Celebration.
The Other’s Day® 5th Annual Celebration
Chicago | May 8–9, 2026
Imagine walking into a room where no one asks you how many kids you have.
No one asks what fertility treatments you’ve tried.
No one questions why you haven’t adopted.
No one gives you that look when you say you don’t have children.
You just… walk in. And you belong. Exactly as you are.
That room exists. And it’s in Chicago this weekend.
Whether you’re childless not by choice, childfree by choice, or somewhere in between, this weekend was made for you.
