Slowly over the last couple of years our top shelf in the fridge has started too look like a Fermented Foods Fair
And I'll be honest, I think it's one of the biggest reasons I don't get sick very often.
It has also helped me recover from training faster and my mood and energy have never been better.
Our gut health is wildly important in the grand scheme of our wellness. Fermented Foods are a surefire way to improve it.
Not pictured is the kefir, kombucha and yogurt on the second shelf - and I'll go ahead and beat you to the punch. I know what you're thinking and, to be honest, not as much as you'd think and no, she can't tell.
