This is my personal before and after progress photos. These pictures were taken about 4 weeks apart. I have only done 1 CryoSculpting session so far and have been following my own work out programming. Upped my work outs to 4 to 5 days a week vs the 3 days a week I was doing during the winter months.
People always ask me if I believe CryoSculpting really works. And the answer is yes, that’s why I use it on myself as well.
