This class combines mat based yoga with aerial yoga practice. Using a suspended yoga hammock, learn to work with gravity to decompress the spine, develop whole-body strength, and deepen and invigorate your yoga practice.

Join us for Aerial Yoga! No prior aerial or yoga experience needed.
New Year Term: Jan 10-March 6
Registration deadline January 5th
This class combines mat based yoga with aerial yoga. Using a suspended yoga hammock, learn how to put gravity to work to decompress the spine, develop whole-body strength, and deepen and invigorate your yoga practice.
Arrive 10 minutes early for rigging. FLY staff will rig our adjustable aerial yoga hammocks at a height that is best for you.

Please note: The city of Chicago has announced that starting January 3, proof of vaccination will be required by all participants at fitness and dance studios.
To attend classes at FLY, participants must provide proof of vaccination. Please email your vaccination card to [email protected].
Participants with a medical or religious exemption should email us documentation and we will need to follow different protocol in this case.
Thank you for your attention to this new city requirement.
