Made my way down to SD this weekend for rotational movement training at and left with a whole new bank of knowledge.
Grateful for the hospitality, the education led by , and the environment that made it easy to absorb everything.
I’m a curious mover & coach by nature. I love digging into concepts, breaking them down, and figuring out how to apply them - first to myself, then to the people I work with. This was exactly that kind of experience.
Applying the principles to as many tools as I can. Programming is about to get interesting 🔥. Can’t wait to share what this looks like in practice. 🙏🏾

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND KEEP IT ZEN 🌞
Keep It Zen exists to help people embrace duality through movement.
Strength and mobility.
Power and flow.
Structure and freedom.
Like the yin and yang, health isn’t about choosing one side , it’s about understanding the relationship between both.
Dark and light.
Effort and recovery.
Tension and ease.
My goal is to help people build the archetype of the balanced individual . Someone who knows when to draw the sword and when to put it away.
Real health comes from building strong pillars in the body:
Strength
Mobility
Coordination
Resilience
When the body receives the right inputs, something deeper happens.
You move better.
You feel stronger.
Your mind becomes clearer.
Your life becomes more grounded.
My role as a coach is simple:
to learn as many tools and methods as possible so I can help people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy being in their bodies again.
Because the strongest body isn’t just powerful in weight room , it’s adaptable to life..
If this philosophy resonates with you, you’re in the right place.
Welcome to Keep It Zen 🌞
