Nationally recognized is the starting point, not the ceiling. 🔥

College coaches and pro scouts already come through this program, and that is not changing. What changes for Chicago families is what goes into the building. More programming for high school players, remote programming, and a wave of new machines and equipment.

Two athletes the same age almost never need the same plan. 🧠

Everyone gets tested regularly, and the data says where they actually are and what is holding them back. From there the protocols get chosen for that athlete, built around their age and what they have already done, two to three sessions a week.

Hiring is the whole strategy.
Get the best coaches in the building and the rest follows: staff who came up through player development, who sit on the calls about how the program actually runs, and who are measured on what the players get out of it. That is what puts our guys in front of the Chicago Cubs HS Scout Teams and into nationally recognized tournament fields.
