Don’t be that partner watching your partner better themselves as you sit back and watch…be apart better yourself as well if not relationship won’t last long
You want to see real change in your body you have to be more intentional with your cardio.
When I say challenge yourself in this fitness journey your diet must be challenged as well.
Remember you are what you eat.
So if you feel like s**t most of your days then you most likely eat like s**t it goes hand and hand.

Don’t sleep on the stationary bike for cardio

Fitness class are great nothing against them but they are not the bread and butter to getting the body you wish to have it is:
Lifting 3-4x a week
Cardio 5x a week
Diet/recovery 7 days a week
Consistently ‼️

Fitness journey can be hard to some and easy to others
But
Just make sure you are making realistic goals for self and tally them off til you make it to that big goal
And make sure you are asking for help when needed.
There are some people that want to see you win….so go win.
