Core & Arms workout πͺπͺ Grab a set of dumbbells and letβs build a strong core and strong arms. Sitting on the floor while leaning back slightly while help you keep your core engaged. When you put the dumbbells out in front of you really focus on keeping your belly button sucked in towards your spine.
Do each move for 30-45 seconds and rest 15 seconds between exercises. Go slow with control. Have fuuuun! β€οΈ
