Heres some RESISTANCE BAND exercises to target the LEGS while you’re training at home 🎯🦵🔥🏠
Grab yourself a resistance band and use something heavy (like a table) to secure the band in place 🙏
Here’s 2 exercises for the Quads / Hams / Glutes:
✅QUADS
➡️ Spanish Squats
➡️ TKE’s
✅ HAMSTRINGS
➡️ Seated Leg Curls
➡️ Pull Throughs
✅ GLUTES
➡️ Hip Abductions
➡️ Glute Bridges
I find really high reps (between 10-50) are best for resistance band exercises 💯
Set yourself a timer and perform each exercise for 30-60 seconds while performing as many reps as possible ⏱
You can overload the workout by increasing the number of REPS in the same time period - or - by increasing the TIME DURATION 💥
