Recently I have been exploring into emotions and their imprint on one’s erotic experiences. https://www.tillystorm.com/a/2148264603/cxkbbuLp
I came across a book The Erotic Mind by Jack Morin that inspired me to inquire into the forming of what he calls core erotic themes.

One of these themes for me is shame. What opened up for me in reading the book was instead of trying to resist and get rid of it to use shame as a conduit to access pleasure and erotic joy.
