I am not the person you can tell that “WORKING OUT IS HARD” or remaining CONSISTENT is HARD… what’s hard is…

✅Taking 8 or 9 pills everyday, thats hard.

✅waking up going to dialysis every day is hard.

✅Having a stroke and learning how to feed, dress, bathe,comb your hair or even swallow is hard.

✅Your kids looking at you suffer is hard!

✅waiting on a transplant is HARD!

Holding people accountable that choose me is what I will continue to do, you need this you just don’t know it yet. If I could help anyone change their life, being in this profession isn’t in vain. 💪🏾🏋🏾‍♂️

Please try to understand and not be delusional as it relates to your body TYPE.

Understanding that your genetic makeup sometimes do not align with certain body goals. Knowing this will allow you set realistic body goals and can help rid yourself of so many shallow insecurities.

Ladies get your health together please!

It’s all fun and games until you have COPD and Congested heart failure.

This is REAL! You don’t want to go through that. Stop being so vain thinking that’s it’s all about the LOOK because when you can’t breath and your life is at risk, I’m almost sure you’re not gonna care about how you look.

If you smoke too much, slow down and attempt to progress towards stopping.

If you drink too much minimize it! (Some women drink more then men these days)

If you eat bad, try changing it for 30 days to break some bad eating habits.

If all you care about is building Glutes and having a Flat stomach then this doesn’t apply to you.

Let YOUR will be done.

Actually working for the body hits different, don’t believe the members from the surgery committee when they have their boasting vain moments, let them have their moment as that is their right to do so!

You are healing parts of you that you probably don’t even know need to be healed or cured, while they’re possibly CREATING issues.

Natural ladies, stop comparing your bodies to the women who has had work done trust me it hits differently. Don’t believe the hype.
