Whew! The 'gym' is finally organized! It's taken me a month since getting this new car to get my gear back together.
This equipment are the only things I use (+/- a Bosu and other larger items) with my clients. Honestly - we don't really need half of it but some things are to much fun to do without.
I prefer meeting people where they are, balancing life, and making working out feel as little like work as possible.
