The one everybody calls when they need help, prayer, advice, support, or strength.

She pours into everybody else, but deep down she’s tired.
Emotionally tired. Mentally full. Still showing up, but secretly needing someone to pour back into her.

She overthinks.
She feels guilty for choosing herself.
She struggles with boundaries.
She’s been functioning in survival mode so long that she forgot what peace feels like.

But she’s ready now.

Ready to heal.
Ready to reconnect with herself.
Ready to find her voice again.
Ready to walk in confidence, clarity, and power.

What’s been on my heart is finally taking shape, and I’m so excited to share the soft launch of RISE: Restoring Independence, Support & Empowerment.

With twenty plus years in social services, this vision was created from my passion for advocacy, restoration, and helping families heal, rebuild, and rise. This is bigger than an idea for me. It is purpose, passion, and a real commitment to making an impact.

I’m currently looking for board members, volunteers, and supporters who believe in this mission and want to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

If you’re passionate about community, family support, and helping create real change, I would love to connect.

This is only the beginning, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.

Rest is not weakness.
Rest is wisdom.
I’m learning that pausing, breathing, and giving myself space is part of the process too. I don’t have to force everything. I can rest and still rise. 🤍

As we step into this new year, I honor the woman you are becoming not just for what you’ve accomplished, but for what you survived, healed from, and chose to rise above. This year, may you move with clarity, confidence, and courage. May you give yourself permission to rest, to grow, to set boundaries without guilt, and to walk boldly in your God-given power.
