Batavia Wrestling Club would like to forward the following invite:

Hello Batavia Wrestling families,

It is almost time for everyone's favorite event of the year, the annual Batavia Wrestling Pub Crawl!!
Join us Saturday, November 7th, as we unofficially kick off the 2026-2027 wrestling season. Parents, coaches, alumni, and friends of the Batavia wrestling community- all those 21+ are welcome to join!

$35 entrance fee will get you this year's Trevor Guthke-designed shirt and 5 raffle tickets. Please purchase the entry fee by October 23rd to ensure we have ample time to order the correct shirt sizes for everyone. This year's raffle baskets already include Wh***ey Acre wh***ey tasting, Fox Den cooking classes, tickets to the Paramount, Chicago Bears tickets, and more to come! We will also have mystery bag gift card pulls!

All funds raised this year will benefit the Batavia Activity & Athletic Foundation (BAAF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that removes financial and logistical barriers for local kids to participate in athletic, extracurricular, and co-curricular activities in Batavia.

Looking forward to celebrating with everyone!!

Ana Sheldon & Abby Enos

💙 PARENT AGE-GROUP LIAISONS

One thing we’d love to do this year is make our club feel smaller, more personal, and more connected by having a parent liaison for each age group.

Liaisons would be a friendly point of connection for families — welcoming new families, helping share information, organizing occasional social opportunities, gathering parent feedback, and helping families get to know one another.

This is not intended to be a major time commitment or an administrative position. It’s simply about helping build community within each age group and giving families a familiar person they can turn to.

Interested in being an age-group liaison?

🙌 OTHER WAYS TO GET INVOLVED

We’d love to have more parents and families involved in making BWC the best possible experience for our athletes!

There are lots of ways to help, including:
• Club events and activities
• Social media & communications
• Community & sponsor outreach
• Fundraising
• Other club initiatives

If you’d like to get involved or have an idea for how you can contribute, please complete the volunteer form shared via email today or reach out by email.

🤼 PARENT COACHES

Interested in helping out on the mat? Please complete the parent coach interest form to let us know you’re interested.

We’re looking forward to a fantastic season and, most importantly, another year of helping our wrestlers grow both on and off the mat. 💙

Thank you for being such an important part of the BWC community!! 🤼‍♂️🏆

At every match, in your corner is a coach that believes in you and what you can do. They see the potential even when you can't. They believe in you even when you don't believe in yourself!

Thank you, Batavia Bulldog coaches for an amazing IKWF 2026 State Tournament this past weekend.

The kids are so honored to be part of such a wonderful wrestling family, Batavia Wrestling Club!
