I thought it would be boring to wake up and eat oatmeal for breakfast everyday. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to stick to it. But here I am a month in and man I can feel the difference!🥳
I feel so much better than if I were to eat the heavy breakfast sandwich I would eat before.
Now I can spice up my breakfast with banana 🍌 with cinnamon oats, strawberry 🍓 banana 🍌 with oats, blueberry 🫐 oats… etc etc.
You really do start to feel the increase in energy and less weighed down! ✨

Facing “burnout” can be detrimental to your success. Taking on too much at once will eventually catch up to you. 😪

Sleep is soo important for your success in wellness. 😴Sleep deprivation can cause a series of problems such as insatiable hunger, loss of control of moods, and fatigue.
It is important to practice good sleep hygiene such as:
•no screens in the bedroom 📺
•going to bed at the same time every night 🕙
•unplugging an hour before bed 📲
•having a dark room 🌚
•taking a warm shower before bed 🚿
•drinking a glass of milk before bed 🥛
•writing down your worries for the next day, so you can stop thinking about them 📝
Making sure you get enough quality sleep will boost your concentration📚, mood🤗, energy⚡️and will allow your body to heal more effectively ✨
