I have also been hit by a wave at Oak St curve, the water went all the way up to my chest and push me up against the wall (which is Lake Shore Drive). I had the presence of mind to clip out and get off the bike seconds before I was hit, and braced myself.

Over twenty years ago, someone put this sticker on the inside of this Syncros allow seatpost. Little did they know that another (ex) employee would find it!!

Wow what a banger of a storm, glad I was down in the vault! Tornado Warnings are no joke. Hope everyone is safe and sound.
