It's no secret that exercise is good for you. Regular physical activity can strengthen your muscles and bones, improve your cardiovascular health, and help to control your weight. However, not everyone enjoys working out. Some people find it boring, while others simply don't have the time. So, what happens when you compare those who exercise with those who don't?

Research has shown that people who are physically active tend to be healthier overall than those who are sedentary. They have lower rates of heart disease, obesity, and diabetes, and they tend to live longer. Exercise also has mental health benefits, reducing stress and improving mood. In fact, studies have shown that just 30 minutes of moderate exercise can have an antidepressant effect.

Of course, there are also some drawbacks to exercising. It can be time-consuming, and it can sometimes be uncomfortable. People who don't exercise also tend to have more free time and more energy. So, it's up to you to decide whether the benefits of exercise outweigh the drawbacks.
