Big props to the whole squad for showing up and throwing down this weekend. This is what happens when you’ve got a room full of teammates pushing each other, coaches who truly care, and athletes willing to step into the fire, no matter the result.

The long days of prep, the excitement and the nerves, the grueling mental and physical game, emotional highs and lows. We’re celebrating all the wins, the losses, the lessons, and everything in between. Competition asks a lot of you, and every single person who stepped on those mats rose to the occasion.

Beyond proud of everyone who put it all on the line for the squad and fought hard for that gold team belt. We took home it home for CMMA! Great work, great hustle, and now we get right back to it. Always pushing, always growing, always learning, this is how we family🥋🔥
