Times: Tuesdays - Women @ 6pm, Men (CIRCUIT Training)@ 7pm(Followed by Open Gym After) Thursdays - Women (SELF DEFENSE Training) @ 6pm, Men (MMA Training) @ 7pm(Followed by Open Gym After) Saturdays - Men's Bible Study at 7:30 am, followed by Circiuit Training (MEN ONLY FOR SATURDAYS) Let your Fathers, Mothers, Brothers, Sisters, Nieces, Nephews and Friend know!!!
