UV has not only grown in numbers, but also in prestige and quality. The company continues to grow and is known throughout the United States and parts of the world for uniquely blending professionalism with a very down to earth, sociable, and truly "fun" approach to dance performance and instruction. Today, UV consists of over 40 diverse members from various age groups, as well as cultural, socio-economic, and professional backgrounds. As a team, UV has owned and operated its own studio, taught all over the world, performed with multi-platinum music artists, and has even been featured in an independent film. And as there are various levels of performance expertise among its members, UV is subdivided into a Professional Team (Urban Vibe/UV), a Semi-Professional Team (Urban Vibe In-Production/UVIP), and a Training Team (Another Vibe/AV). However, the teams will regularly perform together as a cohesive unit. remain the gentlemen-in-charge, various members take an active role in leadership, choreography, event booking, and training. Furthermore, all team members are allowed and encouraged to find and run with their niche. As such, the company has taken on a very unique identity within the Latin Dance community and embraces all with a passion for dancing and performing.
