It’s Juneteenth. Yesterday the Fulton Fithouse family celebrated with the Ricky Byrdsong Race Against Hate. Our team raised over $2,000 towards racial violence prevention!
“Our approach is to take each of our members down the correct path, which isn’t always the shortest or easiest one.” Our workouts are all about variety.
Your body is a wonderful machine and it will adapt very quickly. Making the workouts fun, safe, and ever changing is what keeps you engaged and gets you in great shape! Move well, be strong, have endurance, flexibility and agility. We want you to push yourself out of your comfort zone and exert yourself in ways that aren’t easy… but achievable! Once you get through these tough workouts you will feel strong, able and like there’s nothing you can’t do!

This Saturday the fithouse is hosting a Hyrox simulation!

Whether you are running the event in Chicago or you’re a weekend warrior, this is a challenging and fun event for you!

In between all of the events listed above, you will be completing running intervals. We have the option for people to run the full Hyrox event or a 1/2 event.

This is not for the faint of heart, however this is a great test of your endurance and strength! DM us or sign up for the event in the calendar on our website!
