Michal Bak, the owner of a private mobile massage therapy and personal training service, is a native of Poland where he developed a love for all things active at an early age. He holds a B.S. in sports and wellness and has used this background to create unique multi-faceted health, wellness and fitness programs catered to client needs.

Michal operates in the Chicago metropolitan area, where he has turned his passion for health and wellness into a successful business with a large and loyal client base. His services span massage therapy, personal training, nutrition counseling and rehabilitation, both on and off-site.

Michal graduated from Lindenwood University in 2009 before earning his licenses with the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a certified massage therapist with the National Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and is state-licensed to practice in Illinois.

Michal operates in a state of the art facility with cutting edge equipment and has followed his fascination with the science of the human body into a fruitful career as a health and fitness specialist. His free time is spent keeping up with his own physical stature by running, mountain biking, snowboarding and competing in track and field events.

Background & Training

After graduating from Lindenwood University with a B.S. in sports and wellness, Michal went on to pursue advanced courses at the European School of Massage Therapy. Today, he provides off- and on-site massage and personal training for those living in the greater Chicago area.

His well-rounded approach incorporates a mixture of Swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, sports and hot stone massages with specialized exercise and nutrition programs.

As a massage therapist it's my intention to help my clients feel rejuvenated with a sense of well being and balance using the appropriate therapeutic pressure.
