Chicago Metro Friday Night Lights is a monthly event that brings together Chicago area crossfit athletes for a night of friendly competition.
FNL will be hosted at a different box on the first Friday of every month. Host boxes will determine the workouts, logistics etc. All athletes from all area boxes are welcome and there is no cost or registration requirement.

Big Shoulders CrossFit will be hosting the next Friday Night lights event on November 6th! The fun will start at 7:30 pm.
We'll be doing a partner WOD involving 3 different girl WODs all mashed up into one great workout!
This will be one of the first workouts held at Big Shoulders CrossFit so you won't want to miss seeing this amazing new space!
Any guesses on what the three girl WODs will be?
