When we say the future of our industry is inclusive, accessible, and community-led, this is what it looks like in action. Hair Has No Gender was deeply honored to sponsor the Be Here Salon & Collective show, founded by Vee | Hair Stylist & Community Builder. This show is dedicated to creating spaces where every artist, especially students, feels seen, affirmed, and equipped to thrive.

• 62% students & 38% beauty pros, attended this year’s show, bridging the gap between learning and thriving.

• $5,000 was awarded across 10 education stipends to directly fund tools, products, and career growth.

• 10 industry panelists & 16 activations fueled real, unfiltered education.

• 7 local vendors, centering Latine, Black, Brown, and LGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs participated.

Huge love and gratitude to Vee and the entire team for building a space that elevates our community so intentionally. We are so proud to stand with you.

The future of the beauty industry is inclusive. 🌈✨

Today at From Chair to Boss✨, we spoke with rising cosmetologists and barbers about gender-affirming hair services and what inclusion looks like behind the chair.

We also reminded these future pros that our Affirming Salon Map📍 is there for them too, helping them find safe, inclusive salon spaces to work and grow.
