The Chicago Cubs have reached a tentative deal with Japanese pitcher S***a Imanaga.
S***a, left-handed pitcher with a 4-seam that sits between 91-95 with 18-21 inches of vertical run and a devastating splitter, led the NPB in strikeouts in 2023, and has a 2.98 ERA in 8 professional seasons.
