And it’s not a smooth path. It’s messy. It’s challenging. There are moments you’ll want to give up.
That’s exactly what makes it so special.

You made it here. From white belt to black belt…You didn’t quit. You kept showing up.

But once you arrive… the REAL challenge begins. 🏆

Staying humble.
Starting again at a new level.
And showing up with the same commitment that made you a Black Belt in the first place.

Meu lugar…
Meu lugar é onde o meu coração escolhe estar.

E o que fazer?
Fazer o que pulsa dentro de mim. O que me chama. O que me move.

Ter escolhido a luta como profissão, define sim um pouco de quem eu sou. Pois foi através das batalhas no esporte que construí a resiliência para enfrentar as batalhas da vida. Cada luta me moldou até aqui…

E mesmo assim, carrego com orgulho a minha essência feminina.

Cada fase, cada superação — as que o mundo vê e, principalmente, as que ninguém vê. Só eu e Deus.

Ser mulher não é para qualquer um 😅
Mas é, sem dúvida, uma dádiva.

Sou grata pela oportunidade de ser mulher e, ainda mais, por ter aprendido com uma grande mulher: minha mãe. Ela me deu os maiores exemplos de força, caráter e amor.

Esse é o nosso mês.
E, diante de tantas injustiças e desafios que ainda enfrentamos, que possamos nos fortalecer, nos apoiar e nunca esquecer da nossa força.

Porque ser mulher é lutar, resistir e, acima de tudo, florescer. 🌸
