🚨No Shows, Late Arrivals & Late Fees🚨

As our studio continues to grow, we’ve seen an increase in late cancellations and no-shows within these offerings. Unfortunately, this limits access to classes for other students. To ensure fairness and maintain an accessible schedule for everyone, we will be implementing the following Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy, effective immediately. (These policies do NOT apply to membership students)

This Policy applies to non-members and students currently enrolled in intro offers at Chicago Aerial Arts, including:
-First-Time Drop-Ins
-Any Unlimited Class Packagea

‼️Late Cancellation Policy & Fee:
-Applies to any class cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time: $15 late cancellation fee
-Applies to students who arrive more than 10 minutes late: $15 late cancellation fee

‼️No-Show & Fee:
-Applies to students who do not attend a booked class: $20 no-show fee

🚨Please note: These fees will not be waived, and refunds will not be offered.

**Please review our policies via website, emails and texts when sent. We do our best to provide in depth explanations of policies as well as enough time to implement them. Members receive tons of perks and being excluded from these fees is one of them 💞
