Bubbles and I had a great time today at the holiday Makers Market today! Thanks to everyone who came out to support our wonderful school and the talented artisans who brought such an incredible creative energy to today’s event. Bread orders are open through Dec 22! 🙏❤️🎁

Yeah I know, already messed up the countdown but Elves are crap at maths. 🤦‍♀️ Regardless, Bubbles says you should come to the Makers Market at today because there will be so many great vendors and made an elf-load of English muffins and breads! There’s also a hot chocolate bar and 50+ vendors to solve all your gifting needs. Come by and say hi to Bubbles and today from 12-3 pm! 🎁🎄❤️

I have an exciting announcement!

will be making it’s FIRST pop-up market on Sunday, December 8th, at Ravenswood Elementary’s 3rd annual makers market! ❤️🙌

This event takes place on December 8, 12-3 pm, at 4332 N Paulina, in the Ravenswood Elementary Gym, and features over 35 crafters, bakers, and artists, a make-your/own custom hot chocolate bar and a free children’s crafts area. Admission is $2 and proceeds help fund 8th grade trips.

I will be donating a portion of ELAM revenue to the and (Planned Parenthood Action). 💕🙌🙏🏻

ELAM will have a variety of artisan sourdough bread, brownies, blondies, and everyone’s favorite, sourdough English Muffins!

Six or seven years ago we planted a sour cherry tree for Tim for Father’s Day and tonight we have our first dessert made exclusively with cherries from that tree! 🍒Just like Tim, it was worth the wait. ❤️

My first attempt at sourdough Detroit style pizza and it was amazing! Thanks to and his blog/newsletter The Perfect Loaf for the sauce and crust recipes and inspiration. He always has great tips even for experienced bread bakers. This dough was super high hydration, which I don’t do very often, and it was lovely to work with.

Thanks also to guru for the pizza flour. 🍕It takes a village to make a great pie! New family favorite! 🙌
