I used to sit at my desk in an office job and dream about what it would be like to teach yoga all day. I never thought that I would make that dream a reality. When I left the grind behind, I never looked back.

For the past 10 years, my life has been one leap of faith after the next. Some bigger than I could have ever imagined. Wouldn’t have it any other way!

What a beautiful reiki weekend at ! It was truly a privilege to be able to facilitate an awesome weekend of training with an awesome crew of 300hr YTT students. You guys are so connected, so tapped in, so open, and such fast learners! We had such a blast - at least I know I did! Do I really have to say goodbye tomorrow? 🥹 No, how about “until next time.” Congrats Reiki 2 grads - soon to be 500RYT grads!

Even when monkey mind seems to be winning the day, every meditation session is a success. Whether you’re meditating for an hour at dawn in a sacred temple or for 5 minutes at your desk between zoom meetings, any meditation is good meditation! Keep on keeping on.
