People often talk about adding years to your life. Have you ever thought about adding life to your years? So often, we are caught up in the details and obligations of daily life and, between work, family responsibilities and home responsibilities, not to mention the state of the world, it is easy to stop enjoying life and just go through the motions. It is also easy to forget our goals and dreams and the things that enhance our quality of life. It's even possible to conclude that joy, happiness and a sense of purpose have passed us by. This doesn't have to happen. So, let's take time to focus on joy, fun, purpose and goals and get back in touch with the things that matter to us. Let's add some life to our years.

This workshop will incorporate music, movement, journaling and small group discussions. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes and come prepared to participate fully.
