Project Function is taking over 👊🏽 Repost from

Packed house at our first franchise demo! 4 years of grinding to turn an idea into something real, with patent-pending tech that’s going to flip the script on this industry. Our focus on actual human biology and long-term health outcomes has built the foundation we need moving forward.

To my Functional Patterns community: I’m all in on this path we’re on. Done with Instagram 💩 and now I’m hunting for new ways to maximize mechanotransductive output. Sharp focus, zero social media noise, that’s how we put where it belongs: leading this space. The creative potential without getting sucked into these apps is insane.

Shout out to the very first location and HQ .vegas 🔥 this place is so dope and is serving the local population here in Las Vegas the best training on the planet. We will be expanding in the common well area first, then to the rest of the world.

Stay tuned for updates coming on

Vector training course was surreal.

I hate when you guys make me cry. Seriously…

I just think of all the disappointments that people have as they get older with the world, and feel the pressure to not be one. When I see people legit enjoying what I’ve worked on and that I wasn’t a let down, it just hits me to the core.

I’m so proud of all of you and appreciate how ham you all go. This doesn’t feel real and if it turns out it never was, I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest.

As much of a pain in the ass my life has been, it would be hard to convince me that anyone is luckier than me too. I want to spread that luck.

Let’s keep going my people!

Many are chasing jawline gains without improving their body as a whole. This will only lead to more asymmetrical patterns throughout the overall structure. Remember, your jaw is connected to the rest of your body. If you seek to create more space for better jaw alignment and posture then the rest of your body needs to grow in order to accommodate your jaw gains. If this growth creates a more symmetrical body, your face and jawline will come along for the ride.

“Functional Patterns has been nothing short of life-changing for me. I struggled with chronic low back pain, obesity, and spasticity issues including vocal and motor tics before discovering this program. Through FP, I’ve been able to overcome these challenges and also lost 130 lbs. and maintained my weight loss over nearly a decade.

Since starting FP in 2015 due to an Olympic weightlifting lumbar injury, I’ve experienced a remarkable transformation. I’m now pain-free, my tics have decreased by 90%, and I feel like a fog has been lifted. I can finally focus on work without constantly suppressing the urge to fidget or tic. Before FP, training was an up-hill battle fighting misalignment issues in my head and neck, leading to instability and discomfort during everyday activities like car rides. I suffered from severe migraines and teeth grinding, and even felt like I was suffocating at times due to neck muscle tension.

Progress has been continual over the years however, after completing HBS 4, there has been a night and day difference. I feel grounded and stable throughout my entire body. My head, neck, jaw grinding and throat issues have resolved, migraines are rare(a couple over the last year), and I’m finally free from the constant discomfort that once plagued me. Functional Patterns truly transformed my life.”

Kids who do FP will get an education in fitness and moving well for a lifetime. Not only will they have a higher chance of moving pain free as they age but it gives them the tools to problem solve any issues that pop up along the way. This is why we focus our training around the FP First Four. When you focus on the types of movement we do the most throughout our lives it gives you a leg up on everybody who’s still focused on building muscle on a crooked posture that doesn’t serve a purpose. We focus on building better posture first then move to packing muscle on a solid foundation that serves the purpose of helping us walk and run. Because, at the end of the day when we’re in our 90’s all we want to be able to do is not lose muscle while being able to walk and run without the risk of falling. Let’s set up our children for success. Great work by @alexander.s.lambert & Chase! Read more below 👇 “FP has been such a staple in our family and specifically in Chase’s life. At the start of his first football season at 7 years old, Chase would often complain of pain in the back of his knee and his neck. Those issues would pop up every so often and seem to lessen more. He hasn’t had an issue on over a year and seems to really enjoy learning how to move better. I believe this has had a huge impact on his school. He seems more calm and focused in school and does very well. Chase is also excelling in his sports. Chase is top of his class in school and in an endurance test recently taken called “pacer test”. He also scored in the top 2% in the state for public schools in math in a standardized test. He plays 6 sports (football, wrestling, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, flag football) through the year but most importantly makes time to relax, get outside and utilize the protocols that FP promotes like not eating grains and PUFAs. Our entire family has benefited from these protocols and utilizing the FP training system. As a father, I don’t know where I would be without this training system. This system is all encompassing and has truly given us an advantage in all angles of life as a family unit.”#functionalpatterns#fpisthestandard#youthsports #youth 10/12/2023
