WHAT IS YOUR REASON? I was recently asked to describe what my passion for my business is? What makes me different than other trainers or what is it that inspires me. The answer is: Mental health and chronic pain. Throughout my lifetime battle of anxiety and depression I would stay stuck. I found moving my body made my brain feel better. The mood/mind/body connection is what is special to me and what I love to share with others. Whether you suffer from chronic issues or the way if the world is wearing on you, I am here to be your movement buddy and coach.
