Happy International Women’s Day. I had the honor to eat at Jomnan’s Kitchen in Siem Reap. She was able to survive the genocide and escape to Thailand where she was abused for years. She was then sponsored by a family in the U.S. and now continues to give back to her country. She fights to support children who can not afford an education in Cambodia. I was lucky to have found this beautiful space when I was there, and I’m reminded about how lucky I really am to have not endured such tragedy. @ Jomnan’s Kitchen

Down to our last day... sad, but so grateful for this experience. Kampot is a special place that has taught me to continue to love no matter what circumstances are put in front of you.

It amazes me how a day can be heavy, busy and weighs on you from stress. After just one yoga class all the is released and everything feels right again. I’m so thankful for my students and fellow yogis sharing their joy and practice with me always.
