Hot Take 🔥 Not everyone needs to use a scale.
The scale is the easiest way to track weight, which, for many people, is an excellent motivator for getting in shape.
For others, the scale may come with feelings of negativity, as not seeing the numbers they’d like to can lead them to seek out “quick weight loss solutions,” AKA unsustainable lifestyle changes.
Should YOU use a scale? 💭
✅ If you love tracking data and understand that weight fluctuates daily, YES! A scale can be beneficial.
❌ If you dread weighing yourself, there are other ways to track your fitness goals, like noticing how your clothing fits or how you feel along your journey.
Do you prefer to use a scale?

Despite what we've learned from others or experienced ourselves, losing weight and being healthy doesn't have to look like depriving yourself of the things you enjoy or the occasional "cheat" meal or drink.
Our physical and mental well-being relies on us to strike a balance between our health and happiness, AKA the discipline within our routines & regimens, and the fun & spontaneity of our day-to-day lives.
As long you are consistent with your nutrition most of the time, (80% or higher) occasional “cheat” meals will not destroy your progress.

Do you find it difficult to stick to exercises or a training on a long term? don't despair, millions of Americans are dealing with this also.
It is however important that you make exercising part of your daily routine.
Here's a handful of strategies to try:
1. Analyze how you spend your day. Identify where you spend your time and how much value you get from there. Identify the onses to free up and replace with exercises.
2. Start Small: Little by little! Start on a gentle ride. You can split your workouts to a batch of 30 minutes. Don't go all the way out.
3. Have a Plan: Plan ahea of your workout session. Before heading to the gym, plan ahead. This will help you maximize your time.

Training and nutrition process is not easy but it's worth it
Just like all new things, committing yourself to a training program and developing a healthier nutrition plan is NOT EASY.
But when has “easy” ever been worth it? 🤔 When you make the decision to get healthier by losing weight, cleaning up your diet, or building muscle, there’s always research that follows. Learning about how to work out, how to count calories, how to follow a plan.
Then, there’s actually implementing that plan. Getting into the gym, going food shopping, meal prepping. Getting yourself used to a new routine and becoming dedicated to it can be the hardest thing to do, but the results you’ll begin to see when you decide to make a change?
Worth it. 💪
What was one change you made that was WORTH IT? Tell me down below 👇
