The Cycline~ this giant tower of colored lights, is the first thing that catches your eye when you enter! It may look like a carnival game, but its one of the most versatile pieces of equipment we have. It can be used as a lower body recumbent bike while the child sits on a balance sphere; an upper body ergo-meter, which is used while kneeling on the balance sphere; or a rowing machine where the child sits on the sphere to the side and uses both arms to push/pull the pedal. The tower of lights along with the lights on the cycle act as a directional guide through this module. The speed and resistance changes and progresses with each child intuitively. This module benefits core development, upper and lower body strengthening and endurance as well as cardiovascular endurance unbeknownst to the children who just think they are having ....oh so...much FUN!!!!!!!!
