Tina and I started working together back in December. She has been determined, motivated and consistent! She has fun, enjoys life, eats how she wants at times and still makes progress. You need to love what you do and make it a habit. All I’ve done was motivate, program and educate… Tina did all the important stuff that follows to accomplish her goal!

She’s been doing one day in person with me from December to July 2021, the other days have been remote.
