Here's what we need to do this year. 1) Cut WAY back on processed sugar. That means sweets in case you were wondering. 2) Work out HARDER. No pain no gain is outdated. How about no discomfort no gain. In other words you do need to push yourself a little over the edge to get results. As always, walk as much as you can and sit as little as you have to.
