Day 15: Les rues de Paris sont folles! Paris just won the Championship League and people are celebrating like Chicagoans when the cubs won the World Series. 🇫🇷
Day 14: My nephews took me out canoeing for 3 hours! They can be the captains of the boat, I’m just the muscle/ engine
Day 13: Tours en Fondettes, France. Fun to walk around the town and there’s a surprising amount of subtle mythology

Day 10: Took a train out to Bologna, but didn’t eat any bologna.
Day 10: Florence/ Firenze Italy. Crazy architecture. Can’t believe how intricate this stuff is and how long ago it was built. Also seeing all the mythology statues was super cool.
Day 9: Finally got to see after a long hiatus. He showed me the town where Pavarotti is from and where Ferrari is based. I know nothing about cars though. To me F1 is a keyboard shortcut

Day 8: Last day in Crete! I do more solo traveling than group traveling, but glad I got to spend time at an olive oil factory and winery with more mythology nerds like myself. Just like the monster Argus with 100 eyes…I feel seen.
Day 8: Last day in Crete before heading to Italy. Free day today so had a little history tour and a lot of beach time. We tried to make sand castles, but didn’t plan out the plumbing situation until after the castle was built.
