💋 6 HIGH-PROTEIN DESSERTS FOR FAT LOSS OVER 40

Because life is too short to skip dessert… and muscle is too important to skip protein. 💪🍓

🍓 Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait
½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ cup berries, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp granola
145 cal | 12g protein

🍫 Chocolate Banana Protein Mug Cake
½ banana, 1 tbsp cocoa, 1 scoop protein, splash almond milk
Microwave 60-90 seconds.
150 cal | 13g protein

🍎 Apple Pie Crumble Bowl
1 apple, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp oats, 1 tsp maple syrup
Microwave apples until soft.
135 cal | 1g protein

🍓 Strawberry Whipped Cottage Cheese Bowl
½ cup cottage cheese, ½ cup strawberries, vanilla, maple syrup
Blend until smooth.
140 cal | 14g protein

🥜 Peanut Butter Frozen Bites
1 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter or PB2, 1 tbsp dark chocolate
Freeze 30 minutes.
110 cal | 3g protein
