Highlight of my Miami visiting has been attending classes at Pilates in The Grove with the amazing Teri Seier Moore. Hope to host her in Chicago 2026 at Resolve 😍

Last night, I was deeply honored to receive a Community Star Award from the Sheffield Neighborhood Association for Resolve Pilates. I am truly humbled and grateful for this recognition. 

As a resident of the neighborhood, I have been delighted to open my Pilates studio here and develop relationships with the local community. The encouragement and support I’ve received have been invaluable, and I’m filled with joy to be a part of this vibrant community. 

As I expressed at the event, I feel incredibly fortunate to spend each day with neighbors who share their warmth, humor, and positivity. Pilates with Friends continues to exceed my expectations, and it brings me immense happiness to see neighbors connecting in my space.
