April mark’s seven years of MagMile CrossFit - and we’re celebrating the way we know best: by going back to where it all started.
Introducing Pain Cave.
Before the programming, before the structure, before any of this, there were Sundays. A group of people throwing down on old school CrossFit workouts, figuring it out together, and building something real in the process. Friendships formed. Creativity ran wild. Fitness got honest. MMCF was born.
Pain Cave is that. Every. Single. Sunday.
Expect a 30-40 minute session blending endurance with classic CrossFit movement combos. Workouts won’t be posted in advance - that’s part of the deal. Just show up, trust the process, and embrace the throwback.
The one and only Iz is leading the charge as Pain Cave Mastermind, and if you know, you know.

April is a BIG month—MagMile CrossFit turns 7!! 🥳
We’re so grateful for every single one of you who makes this community what it is. This space is special because of YOU—where wins are celebrated and we push through the hard stuff together. Thank you for an amazing 7 years ❤️
Here’s what’s coming this month:
• NEW CLASS: Sunday Pain Cave (every Sunday at 10 AM) – long partner workouts with Iz (won’t count toward 12 class memberships)
• ON THE Run Club is BACK – Wednesdays at 5:30 PM (1–3 mile runs) starting 4/8
• Anniversary WOD – this Saturday at 9 AM
• 4/19: Coffee & donuts after class ☕🍩
• 4/25: Bring-a-Friend Saturday with Coach Drew 👯
PLUS: We’re kicking off a new 8-week strength cycle focused on Olympic + power lifts.
The goal: move better, build confidence, and improve technique—not just chase maxes. Expect smarter progressions, better positions, and stronger lifts by the end 💪
