Every athlete who walks through our doors receives coaching, feedback, and a plan built around what they need to improve.

The little details matter. The consistency matters. The coaching matters.

That’s how long-term development happens.

The King’s Deadlift 👑

A great exercise for developing lower body strength, stability, balance, and body control while challenging each leg independently.

Also, a huge shoutout to Kiya Steger for getting back to work shortly after surgery.

She recently helped lead Loras College Softball to the conference championship and earn an NCAA Tournament appearance. Excited to see what’s ahead for her.

Mini Hurdle Lateral Step to Skater ⚡️

This is a great drill for athletes looking to improve quickness, lateral speed, and body control.

The hurdle step challenges athletes to move their feet efficiently, while the skater helps develop the ability to produce force, absorb force, and control the body during lateral movement.

Whether you’re changing direction on the court, field, or mat, these qualities play a major role in athletic performance.

Bulletproof your shoulders 💪

Your rotator cuff plays a critical role in shoulder stability, strength, and long-term durability. Whether you're throwing, lifting, serving, shooting, or competing, healthy shoulders are essential for performance.

Consistently training your rotator cuff can help improve shoulder function, reduce injury risk, and keep you performing at your best.

4 Core Exercises Every Athlete Should Add To Their Arsenal ⬇️

A strong core is about much more than six-pack abs. It’s the foundation for producing force, transferring energy, changing direction, staying balanced, and reducing injury risk.

✅ Bear Crawl Hold
✅ Side Plank Hip Lifts
✅ Stir the Pot
✅ Band Rotations

These exercises challenge the core in multiple ways by improving stability, control, anti-rotation strength, and the ability to transfer force through the entire body.
