Excited to share this wonderful interview that I did with Amy D on her Into the Heart podcast in honor of Valentine’s Day this week.

“I am so honored and excited to share this beautiful & timely conversation with Prem Glidden, International Life, Love and Relationship Coach, and Best selling Author of Open to Possibility: Becoming Available to Love and Be Loved for episode #8 of Into the Heart:Finding Wisdom within Podcast.

Please join in to listen to Prem sharing her wisdom and expertise on Creating Healthy Happy Relationships. In this episode, Prem shares the importance of listening and honoring our feelings, rather than making other’s needs more important than our own - she talks about the importance of self reflection and identifying one’s limiting beliefs by replacing these with empowering thoughts and practices. Prem shares the importance of how choosing to turn to the inner self is crucial to understanding ones triggers and beliefs, and how we show up in relationships. This episode is a gem!

Today is the 10th anniversary of my first date with Bob and the fifth anniversary of our engagement. Hard to express in words how grateful I am for the opportunity to experience such a deep and beautiful love at this time in my life.❤️🙏❤️

The 50 Women over 50 exhibition was absolutely amazing and I felt so honored to have been part of this project. It was so fun to meet many of the other women and to hear that like me, this was something they had never done before but felt it was important to honor themselves and what a wonderful and fun experience it was. The fabulous photographer, Clare Fisher, displayed each picture with a beautiful bio that we each had written about ourselves. So much wisdom, so much beauty, so many incredible women making a difference in the world. ❤️🙏❤️💃
