Ready to level up your back workout at the gym? Check out these unique exercises for your next session:
1. **Jump to Pull**: Combine explosive jumping with upper body pulling! Start with feet shoulder-width apart, squat down, then explode up while pulling yourself towards the bar or rings. Aim to get your chin above the bar. It's a full-body burner! π₯π₯
2. **Back Extension Rows**: Engage your lower back and glutes with this variation! Lie face down on a back extension bench, secure your legs, and let your upper body hang off the edge. Hold a dumbbell or barbell, then pull it up towards your chest, squeezing your back muscles at the top. Feel the burn! πͺπ₯
