As with everything in life, moderation is key. Training is in my blood, it’s a lifestyle that’s apart of me, but taking a couple of days off is OK! In fact it’s absolutely necessary for recovery and longevity



I spent my days off attending a BEAUTIFUL wedding and did a little sightseeing in the Windy City. My mind is feeling rested and I’m rejuvenated. Now I’m ready to get back to my passion. I cannot wait to get back in the gym and improve my body, mind, and spirit

Despite only staying for a day, I nevertheless enjoyed my stay in NYC. Did a little sightseeing, ate some delicious food, and most importantly I GOT MY WORKOUTS IN 🔥🔥 Traveling is not my excuse to take it easy I got goals to chase

I’m glad I’m choosing to step out of my comfort zone. It’s unsettling at first but it’s definitely worth it! If I can do it, you guys can do it to!! You’d be surprise how much you discover about yourself in a positive light 😁

Keeping my core tight throughout the entire set. This exercise is a great way to practice activating the core when performing exercises such as the overhead press 😁

Pike push ups 😁

Love incorporating some calisthenics in the middle of my workouts. Shoulders are still my weakest body part so I’m getting better at these to strengthen them. By being in this position your shoulders are receiving the majority of the load instead of regular push ups, which target the chest, triceps, and shoulders. Need to work on getting complete range of motion, but it’s a start 😤. Give these a shot 🔥🔥

Told you guys you would see the journey! I’ve been giving you guys all of the highs, now it’s time to show you the lows. Over the past couple of months I’ve been dealing with some mental health issues that has seriously derailed me from the things that I call my passion and I’ve been contemplating my life and the direction that it’s taking. Going into my final semesters in college I’ve realized that time is flying, and I’m not sure where I’m going to be/ what I’m going to be doing in a couple of years. I feel like I have an idea, but that level of uncertainty has been waning on my mental health.




The gym has been a struggle, I’ve gotten weaker on all of my lifts and lately my motivation has not been the same. I am not too discouraged tho, because that’s just a part of life! I know with every trial I face I’ll get stronger, it’s going to take some time but I’ll get there! By the grace of God I hope everything falls into place soon, and that my direction will be clear 😌. Going to be working my hardest this summer to be better than I was before 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

Happy MONDAY




My busy days so unfortunately I cannot train on Mondays so I made Sunday the new Monday! Well, whatever days you start your training just take a step back, for a moment, to be thankful for the day. Everyday that you wake up you are blessed! Sometimes I take that for granted, and shame on me! I wanna thank GOD for giving me the opportunity to be healthy. I’ve noticed when I took time to reflect and be thankful of the day I’m a little bit happier, so I’m making that a habit.




Current weight: 175lbs 😬😬 gotta start shedding weight soon. Caloric deficits+ Cardio sessions are gonna be emphasized




Update: I’m about to start a youtube channel called ( ) made an insta page about it already! New cameras+ video edits rolling out in the summer! But for now we grind 🔥

Want a full body finisher at the end of your workout? Try these!



This is called a Turkish get up! This exercise builds core strength, as well as shoulder strength and leg drive. I have weak shoulders and a weak leg drive for leg movements such as the squat and deadlift, so by doing these I hope to become stronger in those areas!!


3x3-5 Rep’s for each side. 1 complete rep is getting all the way up and all the way down while locking your elbows in the ENTIRE WAY!
