As Veteran's day approaches, I feel compelled to remind everyone that just because a military member returns from the war zone doesn't mean that the battles are over. Who's got my six? I'm going to make a bet, without being pessimistic, that out of my hundreds of friends, that less than 5 will take the time to put this on their wall. You just have to copy it from my wall and paste it to yours. Then type done on my wall. I've done this for a friend to spread Awareness of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. We lose approximately 22 Veterans a day to PTSD. More needs to be done to help Veterans in need.

Greg and Becky here…..this is just one of the Midwest Circiut tournaments we sponsored, where GGM Al Tracy was our honored guest many times at our events. He graciously was the center judge for the kenpo division each time. We had many of our students who were winners in their divisions, including our 8th degree black belt, Will Mason who was hard to beat. The Midwest Circuit Tournaments were well attended and considered quite fair with so many black belts of many different styles working together in fairness and unity judging the rings. Along with the Midwest Circiut, other great tournaments were sponsored by such great associations such as A.K.A, M.A.K.A. and the P.K.C……All class acts of their own! There was respect and admiration for all different styles as it should be. We miss the camaraderie of all the black belts who came in from all over the country. Those were the days!

After the years and years of martial arts training, teaching, competing and giving back to the arts, it is amazing anyone would question your rank!? Great Grand Master AL Tracy imparted knowledge upon you that most others in The Trecy System have long since forgotten or will never know! Mr. Tracy entrusted you and Greg Mattson both with this System because he knew your commitment was unparalleled!
Rebecca Mornar (Becky) here…..because of some misrepresentation found on the internet, here is my Judan diploma awarded to me by my instructor, GGM Al Tracy on August 8, 2015, at the GOE/Kenpo Hall of Fame in front of hundreds of Tracy Kenpoists. I am grateful for his instruction, mentorship and for the many opportunities he gave me throughout the years. If any questions, please don’t hesitate to call. 708-935-1840 or 708-935-6999. Thank you…..

Another great training session with our black belts at Self Defense Centers Chicago. Enjoying, teaching and adapting the Original Al Tracy System of Kenpo Karate. Thanks to Nick, Neal, Joe, Matt and Joseph for making time on a Sunday morning to train in spite of their busy schedules. And special thanks to Rebecca Mornar and Greg Mattson guiding us on the path of Tracy Kenpo for more than three decades. We wouldn't be here without you two and look forward to our continued growth and training in the future.
