HAPPY BELATED 9 YEARS to Elite Strength and Fitness!! The anniversary was on May 14th and as always, I try to do something special for the gym and the community.

We've officially expanded into the last available suite on the lower floor, acquiring an additional 700 sq. ft. We've transformed the space into another machine room, only for upper body.

There's more in store for the lower floor of the gym. Keep an eye out in future updates. Huge shoutout to this amazing ESF community! I appreciate the ongoing support and loyalty everyday!

Elite Strength and Fitness is proud to announce our new partnership with Johnny's Vending LLC!

Johnny's Vending will be providing water, hydration beverages, ready-to-drink (RTD) protein drinks and snacks that will be sold in the upstairs refrigerator. Please follow instructions posted on the refrigerator for payment details.

I firmly believe in supporting small business and community. We chose Johnny's Vending because every new business owner deserves a chance, especially our youth. Let's show our support!

🚨NEW ESF WEBSITE IS LIVE!!🚨

We finally updated the Elite Strength and Fitness website! It's been since 2020 with pictures and information that do not reflect the gym anymore.

Not only was it updated, it got a complete overhaul and new design that it deserved. We simplified the navigation for people to browse and added a 360 Virtual Your. We thought that this will provide a unique approach to membership touring before physically entering the facility.

I'm incredibly grateful to have worked with a member and great friend, Fred to bring this to fruition. I will definitely be working with his company, 25 Victor Custom Builds in the future on upcoming and new projects!

🚨EQUIPMENT UPDATE🚨

Our adductor machine is finally fixed!

I have been in communication with Matrix for over a year trying to get answers and solutions to their part manufacturer. The part that needed replacing was designed slightly different than what was ordered and sent. Nothing was being done about it so I took matters into my own hands and customized it to fit and operate as intended.

I apologize that it took this long to get this machine working again. I appreciate everyone being patient.

Our first coat drive was a success! We had over 20 coats, plus gloves, hats and other winter gear donated to our friends over at

Thank you to everyone who donated and contributed to this coat drive! Also big shoutout to Rachel and Marcos for organizing this event!

Although our coat drive is complete for the winter, we are always taking donations year round. Please see below for the items they accept:

- Clothing and coats (we accept all sizes)
- New socks, new underwear, and pajamas (we accept pajamas in new or gently-used condition)
- Shoes, boots, sneakers, and sandals
- New school supplies
- New hygiene items
- Unopened diapers, pull-ups, and diaper wipes
- Any clothing that does not meet our quality standards, is damaged or stained, can be recycled by us

ESF is grateful to be in a position to help the kids in our community! Looking forward to future clothing drives and community service.

Introducing our new Power Squat Machine aka V-Squat Machine. Another great addition to our leg room!

User can perform squat movements in 2 different positions, also having the ability to utilize bands with the pegs on the base of the frame.
