When some people want to train with me they say they just need the accountability which is cool I get it and sometimes they see my price and don’t want to pay that for accountability which is cool again.
So I’m going to give you the hack to get accountability and not have to spend a dime…
Which is to post about your goal on the internet + post about it on your main feed everyday.
You know people love being held accountable by people they don’t know 😂😂😂🤷🏻♂️ .
So since they don’t want to spend the money do this instead you’ll have 30 days getting closer to your goal + 30 days of consistent content.
You wanted to save the money, boom done! I mean what’s the worst that can happen? You didn’t spend no money so you don’t have anything to lose! 🤷🏻♂️
This is one of my favorite exercises, but my clients hate it the most because it makes you question a lot of things! lol
1. Keep the foot underneath you
2. Bring your chest to your knee
3. Keep your knee under your sternum
4. Stay light on your back foot.

is 13 weeks post op from her meniscus root tear! Had to bring her in and test it out and make sure shes ready to go to work after physical therapy! Ended with some back work! 💪🏻
