Marketing & Event Growth Partner | Remote | Performance-Based Opportunity
Game ChangeHER Events is growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
Founded by professional pickleball player Lee Whitwell (me) and conservation photographer Angela Farmer, Game ChangeHER creates unforgettable pickleball, travel and community experiences for women who are nowhere near finished writing their stories.
From international retreats to intimate clinics and unforgettable experiences, we're building something pretty special.
And frankly, we've reached the point where there aren't enough hours in the day to do everything ourselves.
We're looking for a creative, entrepreneurial marketing and growth partner who can help us get our events in front of the right people — and turn that interest into actual registrations.
What you'll help us do:
Promote and fill Game ChangeHER events and retreats.
Create and coordinate engaging social media content.
Develop event marketing campaigns.
Manage promotional emails and customer follow-up.
Identify potential partners, communities and ambassadors.
Help us turn a growing brand into a thriving international business.
What we're looking for:
Someone who understands people, marketing and the power of community.
You don't need to be a pickleball professional, but you should understand why women invest in experiences, connection and a little adventure.
We're not looking for an agency or someone who wants to send us a generic marketing package.
We're looking for a person.
Someone creative, resourceful, organized and comfortable being accountable for results.
What we're offering:
A flexible, remote opportunity with a performance-based compensation structure, commission opportunities, access to Game ChangeHER partner benefits and the possibility of joining us at events and retreats around the world.
For the right person, this could grow into a much larger role as Game ChangeHER expands.
